I found it very immersive. I just wish it was longer and you could explore more on the antagonist side of things. (The four henchmen of the (date-able) antagonist amuse me). I hear the Japanese version on psp was longer with things like fmv's and voice acting. Hopefully we see an update to this with those features or a handheld/console or even PC port.

The plot was basically nonexistent, and only purpose is to put the heroine in danger and hardly anything else. I played Yataro's route and I was extremely disappointed at how this played out. This story felt absolutely forced because there are just so many things going against heroine to end up with the chosen love interest and thus the ending was absolutely unsatisfactory. Judging by other reviews, other story routes seem to end the same way, forced romance. Will not be buying any more routes.

Variety in the stories even though there's a lot of similarities. Lots of reading. My only complaint is there's not option to turn off the vibration alerts in the middle of a story. Don't mind using it when I'm reading by myself but in places like a waiting room or at bedtime when silence is necessary, even the vibration alert in the middle of the story can be too loud. I hate having to tell anyone not minding their business that no, it's not an alert, yes it's my phone not yours, and yes, I'm ignoring you

I have played most Shall We Date games in the past and, I must say, the stories keep getting shorter and shorter. Each chapter is not nearly as fulfilling as the others and, considering how the prices are still the same as the old games, this one was not worth the investment. It was still an okay story, heck, it was even funny at times! However, choices are totally random as well as unrelated to the character's personality and there is no character development throughout the story. The ending also leaves much more to be desired, meaning that it is sweet and yet unfulfilling. I only played Akatsuki's route and, unfortunately for this series, I am not so confident in the other routes as this route was NOT up to my expectations. It really could have been done better with a little more effort on the story.

I bought 2 different stories for $4.99 each but i didn't get a happy ending because the girl got killed at the end of each one. The stories dragged on and then she gets killed now come on. I will delete this game from my tablet because I refuse to waste any more money nor time on this game. Sorry.
