Okay, so the game is great. The graphics is lovely and the mechas you can fight with are so nice. I also love the fact we can carry 3 primary guns.I just have one problem is that every new season, I always get demoted not by one rank but by A LOT. Like, it's so frustrating to play all the time to get the next league but the next day I get demoted. Especially since I can't play 24/7. And this happened twice already!

This is a great game with even greater potential. I'll come out and say it, the team(s) responsible for the development and management of the game have done a terrible job so far. 1. Hackers/Cheaters run around without consequence. 2. The game's security is a joke along with it's report system. 3. The terrible optimization meaning lag(especially in large scale battles). 4. The chat systems are awful. Neteast doesn't make bad games, they just have terrible management in most all of them. PDB

After i installed the game i managed to play one game of BR but at the end of the game i got disconnected. My internet was good all other apps are working as well. But when i tried to reconnect to the game it won't. A few moments i've decided to play again but now the game won't start, it keeps on closing right after the start screen. What should i do?

Its a good game and all but there's one thing that bothers me which is the fact that,when you use the mecha there's an entrance animation but because of that it gives an unfair advantage to me and the enemy,I've been killed so many times because of this,and if you don't want to remove just please shorten the animation,just please do something about this

Match-making is a joke. You're either against bots or players who are 3 tiers above you. So much for team fights when you get stuck when you eject out of your mech. In some areas you can fall through the map and be stuck there. The game is really fun to play but no one likes getting stuck below the map not being able to contribute in team fights. 10/10 lag and -1/10 servers.

FIX THE LAGGING. It needs to be fixed because they're making this game absolutely unplayable. Time and time again, I keep bringing up these issues about the game but I see that the developers don't care about that. If these issues keep posing a problem for this game then people mightn't want to play it and more people will uninstall it. Please, I ask again and if you care about your patrons even if a little, you would fix the lagging issue.
