It seems like a step back from Terra Battle. While It's still gorgeous and keeps the original gameplay, the character system is inferior and the over-world mechanics are clunky at best. I can't even say that the story is very compelling. In fact, in having a more definitive story with specific characters, it loses part of what made the first game so charming. Thinking out your own details on the setting and snippets they gave was wonderful, and this just can't compare.

I find this game to be as great of fun as its predecessor. Terra Battle 2 just epitomizes a successful step toward a much bigger goal in my opinion. The game is still developing (updating) so I can't really give much complaints. I guess my minor problem is just the slight inconsistencies in artwork (I just don't find as consistent as Terra Battle 1), and the farming for some materials is rather painstaking at the moment.

TerraBattle "1" is my favorite game. Nearly 400 free energy was given as compensation a few weeks ago. That is nearly 10 months of login energy rewards. If you just started, all players who received that compensation will be lightyears ahead of you. That is stupid amounts of discouragement for a game that needs to grow its player base.

It's decent but it's not as good as the first one. Moving around on the map is just clumsy and annoying, I don't care for it. I'll just go back to playing the first one, it's better.

For everyone b***hing about this game understand that its still new and being worked on. There's still so much potential that they have to make it better so it'll become like its predecessor Terra Battle, which was loved by a lot of people.

I think the starting screen needs a loading bar/text, because everyone starting up will be stuck staring at it without knowing if their time spent waiting is going anywhere.
