It is a sad day when Lego support blames a child for their failures. This used to be an amazing app. But, the set scan went from ok, to absolutely horrible. Vehicle sets are the worst to scan. It gets extremely annoying when you have to do the tutorial every time you register a set. The sets are good but the app is horrible. I have built every set properly and did not make any mistakes. .

Ghost Lab was the first set I purchased but Hidden Side app was not available...yet...now that it is installed on my phone it is actually quite fun...and one can play either side at any time...nice option...now I want to get other Hidden Side to play...oh...just so you know...I am Navy Retired...64...with 7 grandkids...Time to Have FUN!!!

This a generally a great game to waste your time playing. It's easy to get sucked in, and even with only 2-3 sets you can play for many hours without losing interest. There's tons to do, a surprising amount of strategy, and you don't have to play very long to get good items. My only complaint is that some balance changes are needed. When you're playing as a ghost, it's possible to be killed while switching colors. Minifigures are also very overpowered. These are only a few things I noticed.

Game itself is great. Loosing all progress due to a new device or reinstallation of the game makes this game obsolete. It is not even up to customers to inform about this issue, since the developers must be aware of this already. It was designed to work such a way. What a waste of time and money. Lego should atleast make a guide, how to copy ingame progress to a new device "manually".

When it works it's fun. My kids use this but with the recent release we can no longer scan sets: the camera mode in app is a bunch of green, black and purple lines. On my account on the tablet it won't open. Is there a known issue with having two accounts on a device having this installed? Have tried uninstalling and re-installing a few times and even re-downloading. I'll reach out to support

Honestly pretty awesome addition to an already cool lego series. It has all the typical mobile game tropes, unfortunately, which is why I'm giving it 4. If it wasn't just some bonus content you got with an cool series of builds it would be a three star app. This is coming from a 30 year old lego enthusiast who built it with his 6 year old son. Very fun series to build and the game only adds more fun to be had for free!
