I really want to check this app out, but it says there is a problem with my internet connection. This is not true.... Please fix 😞

On both platforms insists there is a problem with my internet connection and won't let me register whether using mobile data or wifi. Is the server dead perhaps? I can't see why this lame piece of rubbish is still in the app stores.
