Can't play if it won't load. Spend money for your kids to have fun, only to find out the company doesn't have a working app to go along with it. I like my children are very disappointed. Appears it hasn't worked correctly for months according to reviews, but the company hasn't done anything to fix it. Looks like we will be getting a refund on the treadmill pay we purchased.

Hey guys I got mine to work! The app also wouldn't open on my phone and the bluetooth kept rejecting it but I kept trying it on my other phone and it finally worked! At first the bluetooth wouldn't pair it but after several tries it did and the app does always take a while to start. I thought it would never start but I kept trying and now I know it takes about 20 seconds or more to start. And also you have to finish the track and field before you can unlock the Amazon and the zombie stage.

horrible app doesn't move past the jakks into screen. works on no galaxy devices old or new. I emailed the company and got no replays. We purchased the mighty runner interactive running pad but have yet to use it so because the app doesn't work. I have some very disappointed kiddos since Christmas. What a complete waste of time and money.

worse game ever. After round which is only 30 seconds the games won't start on the next level. As well it will not pair to any other phone or tablet even after i unistall it from my phone.I really really dislike this game. What a waste. Please don't waste your time. Someone said to keep trying to pair it and that it will work never did for me.

Terrible, i would give this a zero if i could! Put the whole thing together and the app won't work past the logo screen! I see everyone is having the same issues and but the company hasn't fixed it!!!!

wow 100 game with app that doesn't work. i downloaded on 2 devices. one freezws on jaxxs screen and the other three buttons and alphabet don't work. could not even set up the avatar. i am super dissapointed i bought a game as a gift that cant be played and i just put the runner together!!
