“Bouncy Cat” is a fukushima gamejam 2017 action tilting mobile game developed by Global Cat. The player plays as a toy cat that jumps around automatically with a pogo-stick on bedroom drawers filled with toys towards the right side of the screen. Players can only control the direction and stabilizing the jump by tilting the device left or right. The trick is to not let the toy cat’s head hit any surface and that it will always remain on the drawer, otherwise the game will restart from current checkpoint.
2.0 Gameplay
“Bouncy Cat” is an action tilting mobile game. The player plays as a toy cat that jumps around automatically with a pogo-stick on bedroom drawers filled with toys towards the right side of the screen. Players can only control the direction and stabilizing the jump by tilting the device left or right. While the character moves across the landscape, the player has to go through many checkpoints before they could reach the end game by crossing dangerous gaps, jumping over toy blocks and collecting in-game coins. The objective of the game is to guide the character to a gacha machine which is at the final checkpoint so the character can buy a toy fish.
