The game is just an ad simulator. You open it you get an ad you win you get an ad you lose you get an ad and you need to watch an ad to get your characters back health up. The game play consists of taping a guy to shoot then he shoots you back and forth till someone dies (usually you). The games 5 star ratings are obviously all spam.

This game is nothing like it is portrayed in the slideshow. Nothing at all.
The game has too many ads and the only reason I can see someone getting
this game would be for the strip club, but not even that is there, not even
after you beat the game. Don't waste your time on this game like I did. All
of the people giving this game 5 stars are fake and were obviously just
used to get the ratings up on this game.
