I love playing this game. It is challenging without being too frustrating, until today. You apparently just started a new event, and there is a bug in it. The game in it's me to play the event, won't let me do anything else, and then when I click on the icon to start to play, it kicks me out of the game. I have restarted my tablet, cleared the cache on every app, and it still doesn't work. I am sending this review because it is the only way I can reach you. Please fix and restart the event.

The special event running at the moment seems to have a few bugs so much so I've exited as it keeps losing progress when it drops ou! Enjoying the really complex and addictive match-3 and becoming increasingly experienced at finding hidden objects in the dark! Above frustrating game that keeps you coming back for more. A few glitches, but support team are interested in working with you - which is so refreshing these days. So far I'm having fun which is what it's all about.

What a bunch of bull, the issue has not been resolved stop lying to people. Game updated on July 1st and I am no longer able to play due to it crashing and closing out completely. I am very disappointed I have been playing since it was released and now I'm unable to play. Please get it together two days later and still unable to play. This is totally ridiculous 🙄 the issue has not been resolved I uninstalled the entire game what a bunch of b.s. I don't even want to give 1 star

A lot of the searches dont zoom in very far and the objects super blend into the scenery because of that. In addition, I've been trying to load the new 'Pirate' adventure and every time i try to go to the menu, the game closes out. It won't let me fo anything else. Please fix this.

I have played this game for 2 years. Its my favorite. Major problem with your last update. Everything I had saved money, gems, collections all gone. Started me back to square one. I want my stuff back. This was an error on your side so make good and restore my game, please.

Okay so one problem was fixed but now I can't collect my gifts!!!! It will let me open 2 gifts if I'm really lucky 3 and then the game Freeze's and when I reopen the game the gifts I did try to collect have not been opened. I can no longer collect and store the gift baskets because my storage is full!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
