I Really Enjoy Elephant Games but in the HOP under the rug as soon as I unlock the box for the key card the game shuts off I already purchased the game... Please fix...I don't want a refund...I just want to play the game..Thanks Thank you for fixing the problem quickly!!

They fixed the bug that crashed the game in the hidden object puzzle where you grab the key after placing all the items. Customer service was prompt to respond game was good overall.

Same problem as everyone else game sits down after you solve the puzzle under the rug use the key to open the box and game closes as other can not move forward in game and have paid to play it. Please sort the bug in it.

I'm having issues with this. The area where I'm in the office and on the right on the floor where you put I guess it was star gazes ok so when I put the key where the astronaut is at, well it opens and that's where I get kicked out. Did that 6 times so please fix that. I will reset it and hope it's fixed. Thank you!! Reset it and still the same. Hope you fixit soon.
