very enjoyable game

Amazing graphics, crisp sounds and a very elegant menu layout. They really did a good job on making the game asthetically pleasing. But compared to Gof2 it just doesnt have the same feel of beeing able to do what you want. You cant just go off looking for secret blueprints and parts for an epic new weapon. You cant just get yourself a nice freighter and get rich on trade routes. All those things were stripped from the game and all thats left is combat and a way too streamlined story. You would have been better off just giving gof2 better graphics.

I had looked forward to GoF3 for a long time and to play it and see what it has become was, saddening to say the least. While the graphics are great, everything else took a huge hit. Before in GoF2 you could freely travel anywhere on the map and fight anyone you wanted with whatever you wanted provided you had the credits on hand. In GoF3 you can only fight a spin off of the pirates with whatever the game said you could. Sadly, it looks like the money went to their heads this time. :(

Graphics is amazing, controls are good, but it lacks those features that was on Galaxy on Fire 2 that made that game worth to play. I was hyped to play this game after i heard that GOF3 is about to release, expecting a better version of Galaxy on Fire 2. Playing GOF3 for awhile, I simply just left it in my homescreen and never touched it for a long time because i just don't find this new version interesting. I expected more, like a upgrade from GOF2, but I just didn't see that.

i couldnt play it since my (old) phone wasnt/isnt supported.flash forward a few years and i finally got a new phone recently, only i still cant play, because it requires an online connection and i have limited data every month. not everyone wants to or has the means to play online and more and more it seems like game developers have no consideration for that fact. this is a plea to all game developers: STOP MAKING GAMES ONLINE ONLY

An OK game compared to the previous two. I am a huge fan of the GOF series and what made it unique was the story, universe, trading, weapon and ships styles, different races and so much to do and discover in the galaxy. This game strips away everything except the battles. And even with the battles it has stripped away the diversity of weapons, different types of misses, add-ons and ships available. Sad to say, quite dissapointed in in this release 😫
