This could have been fun if not for the constant backtracking, misconfiguration of the evil witch location and the app registering choices I did not tap. We kept opening areas by accident without tapping them and then could not undo to get back to the proper point in the game. After 2 hours of this nonsense, we quit the game.

BEAUTY and the BEAST is NOT a character immersive experience but you are confined to a 2mile radius. Aside from the homeless people we kept passing and their tents/carts and crossing streets without crosswalks, you get your steps in and this takes WAY more than 2 hours. Pro tip- this is NOT kids under 6 friendly with ALL the walking and app reading. group of 4 stationed at different characters switching leaders is the best way to go. Thanks!

it was great fun getting together with friends and walking around outdoors. the game was quite long, the goal was confusing, and after about 3 hours we were kind of over it. we solved the mystery, but never made it onto the leaderboard because we hadn't gathered all the items. Kind of a frustrating finish.

maps did not work correctly, we kept getting minutes added on to our quest. We don't know why, so directions weren't clear. There was construction and we couldn't get to places. They should really check those things first. Disappointed, maybe worth it if they fix these bugs.

Went on date with wife as team, and I regret making this ap game a focal point of our outing. Why? Despite walking in a large city, lots of connectivity issues, missed hot spots and construction detoured our destinations. Sometimes, construction would not allow us to hit designated locations for geocaching, so we had to opt for a time penalty to unlock an inaccessible place. Tons of walking through some questionable areas, too. No store participation or denoted restrooms. Is really a SOLO game.

The game was really fun, but a lot of walking. We brought some ten-year-olds who were a little whiny because it was too much walking for them. Next time we'll do adults only. The clues were well thought out,and the story interesting. We were able to solve the mystery, but not too soon. The pieces fell into place at the end. We really liked how you didn't have to walk back to characters to talk to them again once you had unlocked them.
