I looked through the other ratings and I can tell I'm not the only one with this problem. When I convert to mp4 so I can share my animation on YouTube, Instagram, or whatever, it never finishes converting. It will say mp4 on the bottom left, so I have the option to share it, and if I try, it will say an error occurred. But it will still say on my devise that it's still converting. I've even turned off my devise, uninstalled and reinstalled. How can I fix this? I really want to share my animation

I can convert to gif, but mp4 doesn't work, it looks like it has but the final file won't play on any of my programs including vlc which can play almost anything! The draw app is excellent and I would pay for a pro version but you need to fix this

5 stars, as it functions as it is described/intended. .... the rest of you are an unintelligent lot collectively. I giggled upon many users ratings from percieved bugs or lack of function, which should best be described as 'operator error'

Used to work on my previous phone. Made an animation today, tried to convert it. Goes all the way through, but i can't watch it, it gives an error: "failed to play video. An unknown error has occurred." real sad about this.

Plz fix the mp4 cause it doesn't work... It doesn't even try to conver...i want to post this on YouTube but I can't... I also wanna make a series but I really can't... The thing can't convert to mp4 plz fix that guyz

You have to download the main app then this,if u wanna download ur animations to YouTube this is the answer,go to your animation,then tap the squares on top of the pencil,tap convert,tap convert to mp3,then wait until there's a mp3 in the bottom of your animation,then tap the mp3,then share,then YouTube,you can't do that without this so yea ,hope I helped....
