I made sure to buy it when I had a few hours I wouldn't be interrupted, so I could get past the area everyone had trouble with before pausing the game. That way, if there WAS a problem I could easily get my money back from the Play Store by just clicking the refund button. However, the game & Bonus Ch were perfectly smooth & error free. (Someone else credited their success to their phone and I played on a Samsung Note10+ as well, so perhaps they were right!)

So enjoying the game. Since I started playing I've had a hard time putting it down. Love the storyline although not at the end yet and as always, the graphics are great. Some like to guess the outcome before it happens but these games it's easy to just get lost and get into the action. That equals winner! Well worth the money.

Game was good but having the same issue at fireplace. Never had this happen before with a Big Fish and Eipix game. Please fix!!! UPDATE!!! Well, they fixed the game and I was able to finish it. I am very happy about that. The ONLY reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to the fact that I had to wait 3 weeks for the glitch to be fixed.. if it wasn't for that, I would have definitely rated 5 stars!! Great story, graphics and puzzles!!!

Enjoying it. Puzzles not too taxing, after all this is meant to be a game and not a mental workout. I can't understand why some folk have a problem with game freezing and then blame you. Surely if this was a problem with the game rather than what it is being played on it would happen to everyone across the board. What do I know!

Freezes up at fireplace. Got at far as getting the icicle and when went to melt it froze. Restarted game and this time when go to heat up wire to get icicle it freezes. Please help. Wow, talk about fast service. Thanks for fixing issue so quickly.
