Oops! I commented on the wrong one... I downloaded both but paid for the full version from the start, so I could get an immediate refund if it DID glitch on me. On THAT version I had no trouble and a perfectly smooth game & Bonus Ch. I have no idea if this one is still glitchy or not.

I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones and I've never had an issue with any Eipex games (knock on wood!), including ones like this that have a lot of reviews saying it didn't work or had issues. Played this one on my S10 and it was great- not a single problem. Really enjoyed the game and storyline- I really liked this whole series. I prefer these kind of realistic set games to the fantasy/paranormal/scifi ones. If you have a Galaxy, this game will work fine!

Played the game through once & lived it. Plays it again & 1/2 thru the bonus game it froze, had to uninstall & reinstall. Now I get to the pot over the fire & it freezes up Every time. I can't play the game anymore it is a rip off, do not buy it!#$%&!!

Come on now! I've paid for this? Completly absurd that the game freezes when attempting to add wire to fire below the melting pot. Fix this or return my money! Update! It is now 5/3/2020 almost a whole month and not even a reply to say it's a work in progress. Game still does not work past the fireplace. REFUND ME THE PRICE OF GAME! THIS IS DISGRACEFUL.!

Big Fish still has not fixed the issues. For those of you reading older reviews and thinking, 'Surely, they must have fixed them by now.' they haven't. The graphics are blurry and the mini games are either impossible or they are easily solved by a cabbage. Most items have to be tapped several times in order to pick them up. In one case, I had to skip a puzzle because I couldn't get the item. And too much dialogue, just too much. I did get a refund from Google, as I was within the time limit.

Map has major problems, required repeated tapping, closing issue & not workable when tapping ot find goggles & why would anyone put them in a busted mailbox! These ideas of yours putting somewhat 'useless ' item in places you work for to find, open, ect.; always the same, put useful items these places, wouldn't make the game so lame.
