I've only started to play this game but so far I'm enjoying the story line. If a game doesn't make sense it's not enjoyable to me, so, so far this is quite enjoyable.

I didn't like the storyline, would have much preferred if the magic prevailed. A fantasy realm where all the magic is gone - so boring. Couldn't care less about rescuing that whiny brat either. The game itself is very short and there is no bonus chapter. Also didn't like those boring HOG's.
