Game continually crashes

I followed the Walkthrough on Big Fish Games and cannot find the orange crystal. Funny thing is I remember collecting it in the art room and I went back and clicked on the hint button and it tells me there is nothing left to do in that location but my orange crystal is missing from my inventory and on in the grave yard on the tomb stone.
