Basically it's an emulator but I never went that far to download the GBA game itself to check if it works. This is fake. Ads all day and most likely installs other stuff you can't get rid of.

These people are dumb, they dunno that this is not fake, at the start, THE GAME HAS NOT STARTED YET, IT IS ONLY THE MENU. NEXT, AFTER PRESSING THE PLAY BUTTON, IT WILL LOAD, AND AFTER LOADING, THERE IS NOTHING, IT'S BECAUSE THIS IS ONLY AN EMULATOR, IT IS NOT INSTALLED WITH A GAME READY WITH IT, YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE GAME BY YOURSELF IN YOUR BROWSER, AND LET THE EMULATOR LAUNCH IT.
