All around great game...ads are during the loading screen which is awesome...one very small issue...the control response is a little slow try to match it by increasing the millis during animation transitions. ..

We cant play without connection, there are fake loading screens just for more ads time, poor controls, and "gameplay", random noskip ads for nothing, what a waste of time

I'm not sure if a demo is the way to go but my first impressions are generally positive. PROS: -Great art style of old school cartoons similar to Cuphead. -Limiting the height of jumps depending on how much food has been collected is a good mechanic that makes the player plan on what to collect first. This results in a good mixing of platforming and puzzle solving gameplay. CONS: -The current onboarding limits the players ability to continue playing before the hooks are set. The mechanic of waiting 10 min for a life is great for retention but should be introduced further in the game when the player is hook. Unfortunately, I experienced this before the core loop. -The jump button isn't as responsive as one would expect from a platformer. It may be a good idea to play test with new players and ask "how many attempts were needed to collect the left coin after going up the vine on the 3rd level?" IMHO: It is pretty cool so far but the big thing I would like to see changed is the pacing. Currently the difficulty increases faster than what is expected of a mobile game. ( the jump responsiveness may be influencing this). Good job guys

Fun to play

Gameplay needs some work; the concept for puzzles given such an interesting style of graphics is actually really disappointing. There were no style changes or story that necessitated 1930s animation. The design did built on information learned way too slowly. The levels themselves have loading screen information which is bizarrely obvious and uninteresting. The controls are often confusing given the beige color scheme. The tasks were way too simple. There's almost no difference between island 1 through 6.

Game looks fun but the controls are horrible. Once they figure out the button sensitivity this game will be great.
