The mission of the game is to become as wealthy as possible, performing dangerous and highly illegal missions, and using the accumulated wealth to upgrade aspects of the company including the employees, equipment, and facilities.

Managing BUCKS (in-game currency) is a crucial skill, as it is needed for upgrades, and more importantly, for hiring agents for missions. When well managed, BUCKS can become easily accumulated, however, when managed poorly enough, the organization may fall into bankruptcy. When an organization goes bankrupt, the bank removes much of the income of the company, which the organization must fix itself by re-upgrading.

Yet another aspect of Endeavour Inc is the highly illegal and dangerous missions. Players must select an adequate agent at a cost, and send off the agent to complete the mission at hand. The player guides the agent along, avoiding patrolling bosses, trying to find the objective, and make it through a complex maze, returning the objective at the maze exit. The faster the mission is completed, the higher the payout.
