I have been playing escape games for a few years now, so I know the good from the average. This one was tough. Some of the clues left me baffled yet for the most part, they made sense..to someone else. I had to cheat by watching the walkthrough. The Hint wasn't worth while. Overall, though, it was a real brain workout.

Very well made Escape, not long, but some puzzles can be challenging. The "ghost less" got me stuck, until I read one of the reviews here that provided a hint... 👻 The hint function didn't work, always showed only the first hint (pills), even in a later stage...

Well made. Good graphics. Sensible puzzles. No annoying music!! Tough for me but i usually play simple escape games. I enjoy games that are a little harder so this is a breath of fresh air!! You can tell thought went into the puzzles!! Looking forward to the other games by this dev!! Oh, also no annoying pop up ads!!

Android version of this game has a major problem on my tablet. One of the tiles is completely inaccessible because the game will not respond to my taps in that area. I cannot complete the game without the tile that I cannot retrieve. The developer is welcome to contact me for more info but I am not fluent in Japanese. if this problem did not exist, my rating would be much higher.

I used Wikipedia to show me for the first time what Ghost Legs was. It said that the starting point is not necessarily on the same vertical line, so I had no idea which line to start from in this game. Because of that the walkthrough for that was completely unclear. The battery for the flashlight was impossible to find without a walkthrough. The blue symbols on the note are very hard to see on a phone screen. Overall, I found the puzzles in Ancient Scripts to be too complex to be fun.
