Euro Pet Products Pvt. Ltd. is an importer and distributor of pet foods, products & accessories headquartered in Chennai. We supply our products to a large number of pet shops and other sub-distributors in Tamil Nadu and across India. With our customer app (B2B) we bring to you the first of its kind experience where our customers can quickly and conveniently place orders, track the shipment, view payment & credit history, resolve issues and avail special discounts on their orders.

This is a pioneering step in the pet care industry, which is known to be highly fragmented and unorganised. Our B2B customers can now directly send feedbacks and avail chat support through WhatsApp with the company’s management which will not only help us improve our service quality but also provide a much more personalised and satisfactory buying experience to our customers.

With the app, our customers can place orders at any time, from anywhere without having to wait for the sales executive. They can know the exact status of the order along with a description and also view the tax invoice as soon as the order gets packed, even before delivery, which might help them make changes in the order even at a later stage.

Delivery for all orders placed through the app will be on priority basis and we strive to fulfil all our order within 48hours of receiving the order. Our customers can also stay updated on the credit terms and we will even notify the few days before the invoice becomes overdue for payment helping them to plan in advance.

We take feedbacks and complaint resolution very seriously be it a billing issue, short supply, or any other mismatch and will be able to provide immediate resolution through our app. All the updated values and invoices will be available on the app allowing a transparent and convenient experience to our customers.

We understand the requirements of Pet shops and have hence designed the app in such a way that shop owner will be able to create sub-users for the same shop profile allowing the shop keeper/shop sales boys also to place order and track the status of orders through their app. None the less we have also provided an option for the shop owner to approve orders placed by other users to confirm the order, ensuring control and smooth processing of orders.

Our goal is to provide a seamless customer experience and with the feedback and experience we gain, we will be able to improve on features in-app as per the current market demands to always stay ahead of our competition and provide a delightful experience to all our customers.
