I downloaded the app, got a great deal on a bundle of Fans. But the app is truly a nightmare. It's extremely laggy, the UI is not good at all. It's extremely slow. *edit* I'll never use this business again. Delivery times are a lie as well. I'd rather pay a few bucks more to takealot and know I'll get my product which I paid for.

Product was delivered within 10 days, and with constant notifications I was able to keep track of my order up until delivery. Only problem is that the app could use a few fixes. It is not very responsive and has network issues that bug out from time to time.

What a disappointment. Had 2 orders for ring cameras on special, payment goes trough then then one gets cancelled. I get a call a few days later that the other order was delayed but I can expect delivery in January. Now they cancelled that order as well. Takealot never does this, neither Incredible connection. Shop anywhere but Makro, the service is horrible. Now I look like a fool promising a gift that will come late but, now I find the order just gets cancelled again.

Been trying to complete an order for the past few days. the app bombs out and on checkout it keeps saying the trolley is empty, I exit again and open it, then number happens. I think it's been a week now, let's try again for the last time.

Returns process is utterly useless - particularly via this app. Additionally, you cannot track your logged returns, and the system throws an error forcing you to call/email the support centre who replies hours later, if at all. No in-app help or chat either. Pathetic app and terrible after sales service-no regard for customer time wasted due to the poor performance of the app and associated services like couriers. It's just awful. PS. Makro doesn't publish comprehensive negative product reviews.

This app is not being managed properly. Certain sale items say that it's out of stock but when we call the shop, they still have stock, but why isn't it showing on the app. I am looking to order the Kenwood Prospero+ on the app but for some reason it keeps saying the item isn't available! How is that possible? The sale for that product is on until tomorrow, so why is it not available on the app? I can't drive to Makro every time I want to buy something, it is very far from where I live.
