This new app needs a lot of work. The prospecting feature has become completely unusable as we can't see full audio/video name in order to select the right one for the prospect. The data from old app has not been transferred but britt points have been transferred which has made old app also useless. This needs urgent attention. Very very disappointed. Update: Everything is working fine now. I am happy using the app! Please enable screenshot.

Very slow app, i have never been used this type of difficult app, i downlod many time a file but when i found next time log in this app, that downloded file diaappear and not found, even after 2 or 3 time download..

I did payment 2 times , both times it got debited from my account but still in the app , it is showing failed. Very pathetic experience with the app. Kindly resolve it and refund my amount.

Horrible app, pathetic customer service! I cannot forward or backward audios if I want to listen to a bit again. It's is very slow. The customer service is absolutely useless. They do not resolve your problem over months. Very disappointing.
