It worked well for a few days and the content is excellent, but the app then refused to open, with a message saying " this app requires active internet access" I deleted it and downloaded it again but got the same message. I tried to change the permissions in "settings" but there wasnt anything about allowing internet access there...Then after about five minutes it started to work again properly. So patience seems to be the answer!

Downloaded to both my phone and tablet but wouldn't open in either. Uninstalled and tried again. 8t did eventually open but took several minutes.

I had really been enjoying this app but the last couple of days, I just have a blank screen for the readings, and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it. I know it sometimes takes a long time for the Bible passage to load, so have waited for pages to load also, but no joy. Such a shame. Maybe an update will fix it?

Excellent app. Spurgeon's twice daily devotionals are attractively presented along with the appropriate Bible readings & suitable hymns. Only problem is that I can't get the full Bible in the side menu to move off Gen 1 (which doesn't matter too much as I'm not using this as a Bible app).

Wow! This App is great and everything I have ever wanted or ever need. It has really enriched my quiet time with God and I am feeling so incredibly blessed. I just love how it opens with a Scripture reading and then C.H.Spurgeon's Daily reading and then to be able to top it off with a lovely Hymn. The beauty is that you can get to do it all again in the evening. What a great way to start and end each day! The for thought and prayer section is valuable in challenging us to practice what we read and learn The App, itself, is very easy to use and to navigate. I wish I had found this app a long time ago. I want to thank the developers for this God sent app, it has blessed my life more than you can know
