This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Musculoskeletal (MSK) Self-Car on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I've found this app incredibly useful as a fairly non-compliant patient who discharged himself from physio. It gives me a good range of video exercises to work with at home or indeed at work that I can carry around in my pocket.

Difficult to get to work on my phone and selection of problem area very limited. Hardly any exercises orstretches.
