This app gets five stars for doing what it claims, simply and cleanly! The only additional neat feature (not even dropping a star for this) would be something like marking a stream as a default to launch at startup. I have found this app can be launched with a Google Home routine... Update 04-18: Turns out I cannot launch *this* app because of the word "radio" in the name. GoogleHome sees that and goes off to radio services. Apps with unique names *can* be launched this way.

Find this app very useful. Every radio station seems to want to have its own app, but I don't want loads of apps on my phone. I have managed to replace all my apps with this one single app. I managed to find all the radio stations i listen to in the search, and a few more I am enjoying from the top 100 lists. The app is built around casting to devices, but the new local player addition is useful. The amount of functionality in the free version and lack of adverts is good.

Such a useful app...so simple yet exactly what I needed. So many radio apps have shrinking station lists..this allows you to stream stations direct ...finding the correct stream url was a little difficult but I managed it (good advice on the pure radio website how to do this) and I can use my chromecast audio too. Fantastic thank you.

About this app

Simple application to cast audio streams to cast devices.

Annoyed your favourite internet radio station app doesn't have a cast button? This will help you out!

Want to cast your own shoutcast or tunein radio streams? Cast My Radio to the rescue!

Sick of installing a different app for every radio station? Cast My Radio can help you! Have all your radio stations in one app.

***NEW*** Android Auto support and voice search (assistant) support.

You can add your own stream URLs, you can search Radio Browser streams by keyword, Top 100. There is also a small list of curated commercial radio stations (We hope to grow this list, and welcome suggestions). You can customise any station with your own logo.

There is also a built in local player for playback of your streams on your device or over Bluetooth or Android Auto

We have applied the keep it simple approach. No fangled settings, this does a few tasks and does them well and we hope you agree.

The free version supports upto 5 streams, with some inexpensive in-app purchase to unlock more slots and the backup/restore and Google Assistant/Tasker automation options. Purchases are tied to Google account and work across unlimited devices, for life.
