Dreadful experience all round. App would not download. A colleague downloaded it, processed payment method multiple times and was not able to give payment / activate charge. Eventually activated a charge but then tripped out after a few seconds and unable to try again as £1 bill outstanding. Customer service took my details, and then hung up never to call back. Textbook execution of how to put somebody off from driving electric!

Very very awkward UI to make this app work. You need to type +44 (with the plus symbol) to get it to work. Very awkward to use

Didn't work. This was rubbish. Just kept showing me Uzbekistan...I'm in Japan. I'm sure Uzbekistan is a lovely place, but I just want to find local chargers.
