Sadly I've had to downgrade my original review, when I first installed this you could control the box, watch recorded and live programs through your mobile/tablet, now all I can do is check the TV listing and see the last thing that was recorded! Totally useless now, not sure why this has happened it's the same TV box for about 4 or 5 years?

Was a great app, now ive upgraded my mobile (still on EE) I can no longer pair the app to my box, it finds it but loses the connection when pairing (interrupted please try again) havibg uninstalled, re- installed updated latest EETV box etc... still not working, just as well we are due to finish our contract soon. keeping options open especially as no longer have option to record on EETV as is apple based.

It's not working. Uninstalled. Installed. Still not working. Worked for one evening. If anyone signs up to this they need their head testing. No one contacts you. There is no service provision whatsoever .

Doesn't work on any of my devices anymore, just quits st away. Totally rubbish, fresh download means you can't even find eebox and if an attempt does let you find it, before it pairs, crashes then won't start again. now can only watch the box itself. Think may have to call sky instead as we are not addressing this. Only gave one star as couldn't give none....

5 May 2020 This worked fine until very recently, but now it doesn't work at all, on any of my devices. Just repeatedly crashes with the notice "EE TV keeps stopping" which is ridiculously unhelpful. Please can you mend it ASAP? I re-installed it to no effect. 6 May 2020 The app now works on my Samsung phone, but not on my Samsung tablet. 6 May 2020 Again stopped working on phone, after a few hours of success.

Never been the most stable app, but now won't work at all. Literally next to my TV Box and the app is telling it can't find it. Had to give it 1 🌟 as wouldn't let me post a review otherwise ... But this is utter rubbish!!!
