The app works for me but there is absolutely no benefit. It doesn't really do anything. The limited features make this a waste of everyone's time and no doubt school money. SIMS PAY is website only, so it appears. These are not integrated and are terrible products from capita. The parent app looks like it was made by a 10 year old. Come on. Have some UX focus! Just found out, this app has been around a long time! It's utter garbage. Spend some money, get it doing stuff and make it look good.

Can't get on it even when try to put password in, had loads of problems with this and had to have it reset lots of times. I could go on but would be here all day

Absolute nightmare! For no reason I was seemingly logged out! Then it's virtually impossible to get back on. Just awful and incredibly frustrating as it was working fine when I had been able to use it but now I'm going round and round in circles, where it just keeps telling you everything is incorrect. Can't reset password for the life of me so have given up!

App was good untill it logs you out, then when you try to log back in, your password is apparently wrong and better still, I can't even reset it as it's saying it's unable to, so great help 👏👏
