As someone who teaches medical students this is a great app. I tell my students to do some case based learning as preparation for lessons/tutorials and they learn a lot about the subject.

How do I need to sign in if there is no sign up button?!

This app covers a wide range of topics useful for finals revision with helpful explanations and a smooth interface. I find it much easier to revise and learn this way rather than picking up a textbook. I'd very much recommend it.
