Too many times freezing. Either the channel will freeze or I have to come out of the app completely (constantly) to finish watching my program. I enjoy the food shows such as julia child as well as the true crime shows like court TV. But its hard to watch if it keeps freezing, repeatative commercials, completely changes the channel on its own...I understand this is a free app. But don't we deserve an app that we can enjoy the entire viewing experience???

App is very buggy. I will click one movie to watch on demand, then another completely different movie will show up. I click "event horizon" then "the time machine" plays instead. This app is worth downloading if you really want to see a specific movie but otherwise too buggy and annoying to use. I didn't even mention just how horrible the ads are. Even if you manage to play the correct movie with all the bugs the ads ruin the watching experience with how long and intrusive they are.

This is a good streaming app. However, with the last update, it has erased all of my favorites channels and will not retain that information. Please fix soon! Also, it would be very helpful to have a MUTE function on the screen, as well as a better way to read description of program playing currently.... Perhaps provide a LAST CHANNEL button to use when we look up a program & lose the channel that we were watching, we'll have an easy way to return.

UPDATE. App update did not resolve the issue. Awful with Google cast. Consistently drops after anywhere between 30 and 40 mins. Causing you to restart the app. Often have to disconnect from from Wi-Fi and recast. Then it picks up at the next episode . Very irritating when watching an hour TV series. It happens towards the end of the show just when the show is closing. We cast many other streaming devices that do not stop. Also the TV shows that play as soon as you turn on the app is irritating.

Like the concept, buggy software without a doubt. I used it for a long time without a problem & wondered why so many people were complaining. Now I have problems with app on 2 devices, and in browsers. Rats! Support can't fix these problems. I have to say nevertheless, Support at Plutotv rocks. They are there to back up the product when you need them.

I've been using Pluto on many devices since it first appeared, & mostly loved it. There's a huge variety of programming and there's really something for everyone. The commercial ads aren't as many and as intrusive as other free streaming apps either, which is great. Back in the early part of 2023 though, an update kinda broke the whole app. Just recently, in the last week, everything seems functioning fine again. Please bring back The Dick Van Dyke Show!!! Where did it go??? 🤔🤔🤔
