قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله وإنني لن أتكلم في شيء فيه أخذ ورد وإنما أتكلم بعرض المنهج الصحيح السليم المبني على كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم.
وإنني لواثق من أنه إذا عُرِض الإسلام عرضاً صحيحًا على حسب ما في كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم فسيكون مقبولاً لدى النفوس؛لأن الإسلام دين الفطرة يقبله كل ذي فطرة سليمة ولا يحتاج إلى كبير عناء بمجرد أن يشهد الرجل أن لا اله إلا الله وأن محمدًا رسول الله فإنه سوف يقبل هذا بفطرته التي فطر الله بها عباده. قال الله تعالى:﴿ فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا فِطْرَتَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا لا تَبْدِيلَ لِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴾.
