Just doesnt work. Bought 2 passes and was recommended to use them via the app. The app (and the website) dont recognise the pass number, nobody from customer services emails me back and the UK customer services number doesnt work. Waste of money :(

Bought two Boston passes and the app keeps saying "Unable to Load Order" when I follow the instructions. Updating and restarting app and phone did not resolve the issue. We'll have to do paper. Waste of time.

The app seemed to have loaded correctly. Other users who are giving this a bad rating must not be doing something right. I can't wait to use it in LA. It is a good tool to use for trip planning.

10 attempts to down load then it wouldn't allow me to go into the guide. Very worrying as to whether it will work properly when I'm in New York.

You keep responding to everyone's statement that the app would not load order saying sorry you're having trouble! We are not having trouble, order doesn't flow to site we load from for 15 to 20 minutes !
