This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Shared Blackboard on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Share Blackboard open a web server on your android device to manage a remote blackboard via web browser.
Connect your desktop browser to your device and you can use a shared blackboard to draw with your friends.
Users in your lan can draw in the shared blackboard on your device by their desktop browsers.
Browser on desktop must support SVG. Chrome,Firefox and Safari works.
The blackboard design tools are not very intuitive, and improvement is in progress, so please be patient.
