My antivirus software says there is malware in this app. Further, this app is slow. Also, same advert played 3 times consecutive. Seriously?? Further, now can only play on android TV. Really stupid app this!

App seldom gets launched in Samsung TV. In mobile and tablet it successfully gets launched but hangs when News or similar content is selected. These issues have been there for few months.

I can totally understand that you need ads to keep up with sustaining the app maintenance. But why does the app keep hanging right after the ad?!?!?! Please get your IT team to look into it.

its been awhile. Why is the app still hanging? Maybe someone handling this app can advise rather than keeping quiet and keep doing frontend promotion to get people to pay for subscription. Get your backend issues solved. its really getting irritating. maybe a complain to MDA might help?

Decided to take the trial after having the app for years. The app on my linked Samsung TV doesn't show hbo go, in fact it still says toggle me watch. I can't connect to my TV from my phone. Had to watch on laptop. Couldn't play anything else. Cancelled the trial. If you want me to continue paying shouldn't your service be flawless. The mediocre performance of this app is ridiculous

Everytime I download the priority viewing shows, there's always error with viewing the Downloaded video.. I've emailed to the team prev and it was OK for awhile but then the prob comes back again. I hope the tech team can solve this issue permanently. Previously all was OK when it was toggle.. Now changed to mewatch but alot of prob. Everything works OK except for the downloaded videos
