Very bad application design and very slow, and the worst part is customer support, there is no proper customer support. They have an email id and a whatsapp number for support, i tried emailid and waited for 3 days , no reply. Then i tried whatsapp they replied 2nd day and you ll be shocked after looking at their reply, they said 'u r too impatient, we don't want such users, u can unregister from website.' you can imagine the quality of service.

My personal experience with saba online was terrible . I made a profile and it was deleted suddenly after two days . I have contacted many peopleon my id who are well interested in me. Upon asking saba online about the incident they behaved very rudely and with big attitude as if i made a sin asking about the reasons of my profile deleting . They are having quaran ayat at the beginning but they dont know how to talk to their client . No respect they give you every time you try to contact.

Bihar Anjuman started by Janab Shakeel Sahib has done commendable jobs to serve Muslim Community especially Belonging to Bihar & Jharkhand. SABA online is also one of its branches. It's appreciated by many people. However now I find that response to queries posted on SABA online is very slow. I understand the hardships faced by people in the field of social work, but still I request the Admin to improve the response. So many people are associated with this network, you can seekl cooperation.
