This is the weakest delivery service in the whole country. No riders, a lot of popular restaurants missing. I's been two hours since I've ordered and still counting, although the restaurant is not far from here. Booooo, using the Romanian Post Mail would be quicker.

The app seems ok so far. The only big issue I don't like is card is not remembered. Also no option to tip via card. Fix these and I might use takeaway more than food panda.

One of the best app for delivery if not the best, they dont ask for half of order fee...like glovo and foodpanda, i will like to have more restaurants and this will be the perfect app for delivery!

Payment is annoying. No remembering option. No autocomplete. Also have bugs when a sale process is cancelled (god knowns why), but you get a confirmation for your order and you keep on waiting for your food to arrive. Also you dont have a good user experience while you browse the menus, you dont know where you are.

This company shouldn't be operating, delivery time doesn't even come close to what the app shows you, and when you call them to ask why your 50min order is taking 2 hours they just blame it on somebody else, if you want to cancel your order you will be refunded in 5 days at the very best, rubbish app rusbish company ,waste of everybody's time, never gonna use again
