Unusable last couple of times. Items dont show up upon changing menus, neither upon search. Some of the latest updates have messed this up tremendously. Also pretty frustrating that grayed out items on the web show as available in the app. That's just time wasting as they will absolutely be removed from the cart.

They tried to mimic the experience of browsing at a physical shop with alot of weird decisions, maybe in an attempt to appeal to all the people who were suddenly forced to start shopping online. It should follow the visual app design standards better, this is not intuitive or efficient. The product names aren't even on the listing, there's just a small image of the package with a gigantic price tag stuck underneath. It's only possible to shop with this if you have a lot of patience.

The service is awful. They sell items without knowing if they have enough to deliver and several days after just cancel because can't deliver what they have sold. There are ways of knowing what is the real stock and reserve things that were bought. If you are unable to do it (because your warehouse didn't burnt) then you're just not a good option and should be ashamed of the service provided.

I'll never use the app to order food, but it's good to check what products they have and its prices. Whenever I need, I just visit Continente in store and do my shopping.

Constant emptying of basket while shopping online, against user input. The app has always had this problem.... Starting the shopping spree all over 3 times in a row is no fun.

Rubbish App fustrating to use. It took my full details, my payment card details for their customer card scheme. I am unable to move forward anywhere on this app when I try complete my purchase and try to pay. It is not at all easy to navigate. When it takes you to the store card app to discount your purchases, you are somehow supposed to scan the store card whereby the appropriate discount will then apply. After at least 50 tries I have up. Don not think I will ever be using this in the future.
