About this app

Project Live Happy represents one area of a psychological research program founded at California State University, Bakersfield, with numerous collaborators at other campuses.

The Project Live Happy app provides users with activities from top scientific journals that have been shown to increase well-being when practiced regularly. Use them however you wish, the app has four sessions built in and we're interested in your feedback.

This app is provided free-of-charge so that researchers may gather data on the activities in this app. Users will be asked to complete a lengthy survey at the beginning and end of the four-week intervention, as well as 1-5 short "mood" surveys each day.
