About this app

This app helps you to make a community which allows a user to create a new bulletin, the members can search the bulletin and follow it.

User can create a public or a private bulletin.

When User creates public bulletin, all registered members can search a bulletin.

When User creates a private bulletin, user should be allows a member to search then a preferred member can search a bulletin.

User can give permissions to search the bulletin to a single member or to multiple members at a time.
Some Other Features:

*Give Posting Rights: - Admin can provide the posting rights to the desired member(s).
*View Posting Rights Holder: - Admin can see/remove the posting rights member(s).
*Transfer Ownership: - If an Admin wants to transfer the Admin rights to any other member.
*Like/Dislike/Delete Post: - Members can like/dislike or delete a post.
*Admin has authority to update icon and basic information of bulletin on the display.
*User can search the bulletins by QR scan, QR image or Bulletin id.
*User can view the bulletins as per the user rights.
*Multiple users can added in a single bulletin.
*Share App: - The user can share the app to any other user who does not have this application.
