This app can be a great resource for educators. I have a few problems, though. The text color is white and we're typing in white boxes, so I can't see anything. How do you change settings within the app? Two, how long do responses take? I thought this was a chat between AFT pros and teachers to get some answers. I had the idea that responses would be immediate if not, at least within a few minutes. With a few updates and clarification, it would be great to have the pros at our fingertips.
