I also can't get past the sign up step as the app won't let me put my date
of birth in properly, splitting it as 010/31/988. Any way to fix this
please as I'd love to use it!

Can't get past entering my date of birth. When I try to sign up, the system
enters my date of birth as 11/021/977, instead of 11/02/1977. It won't let
me continue past that screen, and the system won't allow me to fix the
error. I emailed the company about it over a month ago, and never received
a response back. And obviously, they didn't fix the problem. I would love
to be able to use this app.

I tried to sign in but it kept saying my creds were invalid,then I reset my
password on the website multiple times and it give me the same thing
invalid credentials
