I really want to like this app, but it has some serious quality issues. On any given "channel" it will play a few songs, then basically crash. It will sit silently, and the only way to reset the app is by force stopping it in the settings menu. Upon starting it back up, it takes right off like nothing ever happened. Something else that really bugs me, 98.9 The Bear is WBYR. On the main screen of the app, it reads WRYR. How did that kind of blemish get by?

Would love to give it a better rating because this is the only station I listen to, but I can't. It is to unstable. Repeatedly it will just stop playing for no reason and I have to either restart the app or refresh the web page. I've begun just listening live on the site because it is easier to refresh the site than restart the app. Definitely needs an overhaul to be more stable and keep playing. Now it won't even connect so totally useless.

WORST APP!!! The design is terrible bc it injects unskippable ads right in the middle of programming. Within the first 2 minutes of listening I hear 3 different ad apps, not ads from the live broadcast but 3 different stupid car insurance ads. At no point ever in the history of the world has someone heard an ad for a car insurance company and thought "you know what, I'm gonna switch my car insurance right now bc of that ad".

Love the music, bonus points for being a local station! Always great morning programs and every single DJ is worth listening to so there's never any reason to not listen, no matter the time of day!

Sign up would not accept my livemail email address as legitimate. If you can't sign up then the app is worthless
