Using BlueStacks

When I try to get the checklist fur Birds of Texas, the little icon just spins and spins and I eventually give up after several minutes.

Doesn't work. Can't open categories to add data. I contacted TDPW twice. It took them forever to reply. I explained what the app does. I never heard back. I guess they don't care.

Fails while pulling up lists. Unable to report critters that I identify and are not common on my ranch. Please fix.
