Cool idea but the app opens to a black screen. Hope updates are on the way. Good luck.

Came here after watching the YouTube video. Awesome app! I been listening to rain and forest sounds to help me sleep which then months later.. fascinated me to the sounds of the world in general. Thank you for your work :)

It works for me. Android 4.4. Recorded one sound and uploaded without any issue. But this app needs some obvious improvement. For example, a button to exit the app, without having to open the webpage every time, would be nice.

Installed and recorded sound OK but did not seem to have uploaded (although it does show as uploaded on the phone, I cannot see my recording on the map 2 days after I uploaded it?). Also cannot see the file with my recording on my phone and I cannot share it in other ways (via the app or independently) which is a serious drawback. No citizen scientist forum available to share experiences/hints and the support email does not give timely feedback. No means of sharing previously recorded sounds via the app or the website. A pity - it turned me off participating in what sounds like a very exciting project!

It doesn't work on my Droid RAZR. It just hangs on a black screen. Please fix so I can participate!

Doesn't work in Android 4.2.1 . Too bad, I hoped to use it in science class today.
