Over a thousand dollars and app no longer functional. I contacted ACCEL on Monday July 1st 2019 and they recommend only accessing via web browser. Need a class action lawsuit to get these guys to take this problem seriously. This is fraud to offer a service via app that is not functional. The problem is that none of the app content plays after logging in and instead delivers error message. I am ok with any lawyer reaching out to me via response to this message. I have screen shots as record.

This is a horrible device with endless frustration and time waste. Unfortunately new autos don't have CD players and we're stuck with this dog. The te helical staff doesn't seem to care.. If it wasn't for the association with the ACC I would dump it

the app is poorly designed. The programmers seem unable to provide a quality app. It will not allow me to use my username and password. It won't even allow me to change the password. I am not sure which login and password I should use. Should I use my ACC password or my audio-digest? I finally gave up. I am quite computer savvy. I gave it multiple attempts. I am not going to call customer service as this should be intuitive.

The registration menu does not work on Android. There is no way to access the pull down menu for state and country so it cannot be used. Works fine on my iPad...

The app works for one day then stops working. The website has tons of issues. After paying so much money, I'm greatly disappointed. I would not purchase this again and would discourage anyone else from doing so

As of October 2018 the app is still non-functional. Odd they haven't worked on it since it doesn't seem anyone has had success since it was released.
