It's pretty awesome as it allows me to use my Google assistant with my AirPods by customizing taps which allows me to use the Airpods to control my phone while driving (and thereby not physically touching it). It's OK being able to see battery life and notifications and customizing double taps but I already have all that set up on my iPad. Still, I love being able to use Google Assistant with my AirPods as it's something I didn't think you could do and paid a bit extra to remove the annoying ads

No customer service. I bought the pro version right before they released in app purchases. However, I am unable to get a response about a credit following the unfortunate reset of my phone, re-download of the app, and disappearance of my prior purchase (despite Google pay records).

It was good, the first thing that they want you do is let the app gain permission to have the apps notifications and if you do that, then it will tell you the right airpod and the left airpods battery life and the cases battery to, so I think it's ok

It couldn't even detect the airpods, much less set the controls, which was the only thing i needed them for.

Works well. No issues on s10+ android 10. 4 stars because ads on top. Not super annoying though.

Even though my airpods were connected and I closed the app multiple times, none of the features I was turning on were actually working on my airpods so I feel this was a complete waste of time.
