Not sure where all the negative reviews for ad breaks are coming from, I've been a user for about 6 years now and have had no issues. I get 1-2 adds at the start of the stream and then no interruptions from there for hours of listening. I use this to listen to the current daily!

The current Playlist- I love the Current. however a lot of times the app stops showing who the artist & song is, so that gets a bit frustrating. The app definitely needs improvement. Ps. yes the app is updated on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S9+ & everything else works great on my phone

I love The Current. I am a member and contribute monthly. I really want to give the app a better rating. However, the constant ad interruptions are incredibly frustrating. I always miss a favorite song because of this and then I have to listen to 3 more ads before the next song. There are more ads in this app than on the actual station. This is the third time I have tried the app. I uninstalled it previously because of the ad interruptions. They have only gotten worse. Uninstalling again.

Plays for about a minute then crashes. Sometimes it teases you by actually playing for a few minutes, so you think it's finally working then... crash. This app used to work great. If it ain't broken, don't fix it!

Interruptions literally every 15 seconds with ads. You can't get thru one song without an ad. Ridiculous! Uninstalling after less than 24 hours, beyond annoying 😑.

FIX THE ADS! - Constantly breaks in _mid-song_ on the Purple Current stream to play ads. Love the Current but this app is embarrassing. If you need ads, put the ads BETWEEN THE SONGS!
