I would've gave 5 stars, but the cost of the "booking fee" is outrageous! $6.00 for 4 tickets. I would understand maybe 1-2 maybe maximum $3.00. but what is the point of becoming a member & downloading the App to have it cost the same as a Large Popcorn, to click a couple buttons!

Great app !!!!! It keeps track of your purchases and movie watching history . It keeps track of your rewards points and is very easy to use . Highly recommended !!!!!

Workers at my location don't seem to be able to use or access this app, so it makes it useless. I've shown them the screen where it says I have multiple free movies and they can never seem to make them work. You always have to bring a physical card because they have no way of scanning QR codes from the app. Online orders are never processed/available at pick up without showing them the screen where you made the purchase and if you close that there doesn't seem to be a way to bring it back up.

Fast, efficient, and always on hand. I always purchase my tickets in less then 5 mins without the waiting of a line. I know my tickets arw ready for my as soon as I walk into the theaters.

The app works as designed. However the seat maps need to be more clear of where the seats are located. It does not let you see the 21+ upstairs seating in the Fredericksburg theater.

Great app. Only thing I would like to see is being able to add my military discount to my profile so that I can get that discount when purchasing tickets through the app.
